Open Call for Free Artist Workshops

City of Richmond

Minoru Complex Community Art Projects
As part of the Minoru Civic Precinct Public Art Plan, a series of unique community engaged artwork banners have been commissioned by the City of Richmond Public Art Program and will be installed along the Minoru Complex construction site fencing. The artworks will be unveiled during Culture Days, September 30, October 1 and October 2, 2016.

Join artists Rhonda Weppler and Caroline Elise Dyck in creating community-based artworks that will respond to the past and future of the Minoru Civic Precinct. The artworks will be digitally reproduced onto mesh banners and installed on 400 linear feet of Minoru Complex construction site fencing.
