Canadian Register of Historic Places
This pan-Canadian register of all designated properties in Canada at the local, municipal, provincial, territorial and federal levels, has been developed for all creative cities to tap into their heritage and history, supporting these cities to create vibrant neighbourhoods. Municipalities can submit their places for listing through their provincial registrar. Weblink

[murmur] is an archival audio project that collects and curates stories set in specific locations in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. The Spadina Project, a collection of 50 new audio clips of stories from Spadina Avenue, in Toronto was nominated in the 31st Annual Heritage Toronto Awards in the media category. Other sites include Vancouver's Chinatown, la Main de Montréal, and Toronto's the Annex and Kensington Market. Weblink

New York, NY – Literary Festivals celebrating endangered languages
The PEN World Voices' New York Festival of International Literature and the People's Poetry Gathering are two literary festivals focusing on endangered languages. Festival events take place at multple sites, including the PEN American Center, the Studio Museum in Harlem, the New York Public Library, the Bowery Poetry Club and the United Nations.
