2009 Creative City Conference

2009 Creative City Conference
September 9 - 11, 2009
Fredericton, New Brunswick

The 2009 Creative City Conference took place September 9-11, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The Conference was a success - over 70 delegates from across the country attended three days of professional development programming. And despite the budgetary hardships that municipalities are facing in the current economic climate, CCNC managed to bring together a wide range of representatives from our national municipal membership.

With a variety of topics and speakers, attendees were able to find relevance in all sessions, no matter the size of their communities. Credit goes to the planning committee for their keen insights and to the inspiring speakers and presenters who delivered some very important and timely messages.

The Conference also boasted a range of cultural study tours as well as some great evening entertainment organized by the City of Fredericton. Delegates were given the opportunity to experience all that Fredericton has to offer - including some great weather!
