Building on the success of our inaugural Creative City Summit in Whitehorse, Yukon in 2008, future Creative City Network of Canada annual meetings will follow the Summit format. The 2008 Creative City Summit was a departure from the conference format followed in previous years. The Summit was designed to be more intimate and interactive to provide practitioners with a platform to exchange ideas and learn from their peers. These meetings will be 2.5 days in length, and will include study tours of the host municipality.

The 2011 Creative City Summit will take place May 2011 in London, Ontario. The Summit bids for 2012-14 are still being evaluated and should be announced soon. Please stay tuned for updates!
